Send a reminder

Not all participants give their response right away. As an organizer, you can easily send them a reminder to give their response for your event. Note: this is only possible when you invited your participants via mail. 

You can send a reminder as follows:

  1. Go to the event overview
  2. Click 'options' in the Who? section and click 'send reminder'
  3. If you wish, you can edit the message that you would like to send out
  4. Choose who you would like to send the message to. It can be sent to all participants, participants with response or participants without response yet. You can also choose to select participants manually
