I can't find my event.
When you do not receive any emails after creating an event, there is a good chance that you have made a typo in your email address. In that case, please contact us and provide us with the following information so we can search for your event in our database:
- A link from the appointment (eg from a participant or the registration link).
- The e-mail addresses of two or three participants and the title of the appointment.
- If you have a link from the appointment, you could find a typo in your email address yourself. You do this by 'hovering' at the organizer of the appointment (hold the cursor / mouse momentarily), then you will see an e-mail address. Found a typo? Please provide this email address.
