I can't find my event
When you do not receive any emails after creating an event, there is a good chance that you have made a typo in your email address. In that case, please contact us and provide us with the following information so we can search for your event in our database:
- A link of the event (e.g. from a participant or the registration link).
- The email addresses of two or three participants and the title of the event.
- If you have a link of the event, you could find a typo in your email address yourself. You can do this by 'hovering' over the name of the organizer of the event (hold the cursor/mouse momentarily), then you will see an email address. Found a typo? Please provide us with this email address.
