I can't find my event

When you do not receive any emails after creating an event, there is a good chance that you have made a typo in your email address. In that case, please contact us and provide us with the following information so we can search for your event in our database:

  • A link of the event (e.g. from a participant or the registration link).
or
  • The email addresses of two or three participants and the title of the event.

or

  • If you have a link of the event, you could find a typo in your email address yourself. You can do this by 'hovering' over the name of the organizer of the event (hold the cursor/mouse momentarily), then you will see an email address. Found a typo? Please provide us with this email address.

Old event

Events are automatically deleted one month after the last proposed date of the event. If your event has taken place in the past, it may be that it has been deleted. You can prevent this from happening by getting a Plus account
