I can't find my event

When you do not receive any emails after creating an event, there is a good chance that you have made a typo in your email address. In that case, please contact us and provide us with the following information so we can search for your event in our database:

  • A link from the appointment (eg from a participant or the registration link).
  • The e-mail addresses of two or three participants and the title of the appointment.


  • If you have a link from the appointment, you could find a typo in your email address yourself. You do this by 'hovering' at the organizer of the appointment (hold the cursor / mouse momentarily), then you will see an e-mail address. Found a typo? Please provide this email address.

Old event

Events are automatically deleted one month after the last proposed date of the event. If your appointment has taken place in the past, it may be that it has been deleted.
